CANCELLATION POLICY
To respect our team’s time and availability, clients who MISS THEIR APPOINTMENT, ARRIVE MORE THAN 5 MINUTES LATE, CANCEL WITH LESS THAN 24 HOURS' NOTICE, OR RESCHEDULE WITHIN 24 HOURS of their booked service will be charged 100% OF THE SCHEDULED SERVICE COST.
